sorry to say but americans have a big drug problem. if mexico can grow it and ship it to the usa but yet the usa private citizens cant grow it because it is illegal then it would put all these drug cartels out of business. Somebody told me that one of those crazy spring breakers was brutally killed by the drug dealers. I'm sure that the guy, as the heavy weed smoker he was, went to the wrong people, acted as an asshole (typical american behavior) and the drug dealers didn't permit him to act like that to them. Better advice, don't ever try to act cocky with someone with a gun in hand. But, as the kamikaze instructor has said "better pay attention cause i won't do this twice" Good luck next time boy!
